Nelle's favorite activity
We have always read to Nelle a lot in the past but could get away with not for just one day. Now that's not an option at all. To be read to is by far her favorite thing. There is always story time before bed and then during the day she is constantly bringing you a book to read to her. She will go play in her room and 15 minutes later she will walk..yes I said walk!!...out to you with a book in hand. Then she proceeds to shove it at you till you read it to her. Then once you read it she wants you to read it again, and again.

It's because she's lonely. Children need LOTS of "entertainment." Perhaps it's time for a sibling? ;-)
gabe was the same way at her age. i think he learned a ton of his words from books, so keep reading to her! :) that's so fun she is walking now. life is going to get busier! and hey - my sister is getting married sometime between now and october, so i will finally get to come see my sweet niece, and we can have a cousin play date. YAY!
Can't think of anything I rather see her doing. Reading is so great, and so good for her! Great pictures, I love her face in that next to last one.
