Great Grandma & Grandpa Eldredge
On Sunday we went over to Papa and Mimi Eldredge's house. Great Grandma and Great Grandpa were there. Great grandma showed Paula and I how to crochet the edges of a blanket. Were both professionals now.. just kidding.. but we did pick it up pretty fast. It was a lot of fun and Nelle got to spend some time with her great grandparents.

You know what? There's something special about that. Isn't that how it's supposed to be... one generation passing on its knowledge and skills to the next? One day you can teach Nelle how to do this, and she can pass it on after her. We preserve our families in our memories forever that way.
