I can sit

Nelle has gotten so good at sitting up on her own. You still have to help her every now and again but for the most part she's gotten it down.

In my pink dress

5 months old

On October 2nd Nelle turned 5 months old. She has learned so much just in her short 5 months of life.
She can sit on her own (sometimes she falls over but she is really good at it)
She can grab toys
She follows voices and people
She can stand as long as you balance her
She sleeps through the night
She eats foods (rice cereal, peas, squash, and carrots so far. She loves carrots)
She can roll over from front to back and back to front

I'm sure there is more I just cant think of all of it off the top of my head. On the down side she is teething! Such a wonderful whiny time.

I feel like I say this all the time but here goes Papa Eldredge again! She has such an innocent look in the second one. She looks like an ANGEL!

Sleepy Time

Last time we went to Dr. Jed he told us it was time. By that I mean time to put Nelle to sleep in her crib so that she would learn to sleep all the way through the night. We started this awful process last Friday. She cried for an hour Friday night and woke up a few times and cried but we just had to stick with it and leave her in there. Saturday night was a little better but still a sleepless night and by Sunday night she slept through the whole night. From 11pm to 6:30 am, so pretty much 7 and half hours. It was awesome!! Since then she is little miss sleeper. We get a full 8 hours of sleep pretty much every night! It was definitely hard the first few nights but so worth it! Were so proud of our little girl.

Tummy Time
